Terms of use

1. The service

Työmarkkinadata is an online service from Herizon Oy that collects and structures data on the Finnish labour market. The service collects job postings daily from about 60 sources.

2. Right of use

The right to use the service is granted to a registered user according to the chosen plan. The right is personal and may not be transferred to a third party without the written consent of Herizon Oy. The owner of a Team plan can invite users up to the number of users in the plan.

3. The user's obligations

• The user agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable law
• The user is responsible for keeping their credentials safe
• Automated bulk downloading from the service without a separate agreement is prohibited

4. Prices and payment

Prices follow the current price list and exclude value added tax. Prices exclude VAT; 25.5% VAT is added at checkout. The billing period is a month or a year. A plan can be paid by card or another online payment method, and yearly Pro and Team also by invoice. The payment term for invoices is 14 days net.

5. Intellectual property

The content, software and databases of the service belong to Herizon Oy. The user is granted a limited right to view the data and export it for their own use.

6. Limitation of liability

Herizon Oy does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service. The data in the service is compiled from several sources and Herizon Oy is not responsible for its complete accuracy. Herizon Oy's total liability is limited to the fees the user has paid in the last 12 months.

7. Cancellation, refunds and termination

The user can cancel the plan at any time in the account settings. The plan ends at the end of the paid billing period and nothing is charged after that. A yearly plan is refunded in full if the refund is requested within 14 days of purchase at [email protected]. Otherwise there are no partial refunds. Herizon Oy reserves the right to close an account if these terms are breached.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court.

9. Changes to the terms

Herizon Oy reserves the right to change these terms. Users are notified of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
