What we do
Every day we bring Finland’s open job postings together in one place and structure them by region, industry, employer and skills. From them we build views that municipalities, educational institutions, companies and job seekers can use without a data analyst of their own.
Official labor market statistics are comprehensive but published with a delay. Posting data shows what is happening in the labor market now: where hiring happens, for which roles and with which skills. We always say what posting data can and cannot tell you.

Who we build it for
We build the service for four groups: municipalities and cities following their regional labor market, educational institutions planning what to teach, companies trying to understand the hiring market, and job seekers looking for their direction. The base tier is free. Longer history, wider views and data export come with the paid plans.
How our content is made
Figures are calculated directly from the same data the service shows. Articles are written by the Herizon team: AI may be used for drafting, but a person reads every text and checks its figures against the data before publication.
